We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you do not like our product , we will refund your money without any hassles or inquires.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive damaged products, make sure to reach out to us. So we can get the issue fixed for you.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

When can I expect my order?

We typically ship 3-4 business days after we receive your order. Depending on where you live, you can expect to have your order delivered to you in 4-7 business days.

I wrote the wrong address, what do I do?

We cannot promise shipping address changes after an order has been processed. Once an order ships, we cannot change the shipping address and it becomes the customer’s responsibility. We recommend double-checking your shipping details before submitting your order.

Can I cancel or change my order once it has processed?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us with your order number and reason for cancellation. While we cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled once it’s processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If you’ve made a mistake and need to change your order, you will also need to cancel the order and place a new one with the correct items. In this case, please reach out to us.
